February Web Contest

There's nothing more American than candy
conversation hearts. Those colorful candies
date back to the year 1902. Though the mottos
and flavors continue to evolve (among this
year's flavors are green apple and blue
raspberry), the candy has remained the same
except for one thing.

Name one of the other shapes and you'll be
entered to win an Amazon gift card and a
signed book. Winners announced Feb. 28th.

The company used to make other shapes
besides hearts.
The company first tried out some keen shapes
like baseballs and horseshoes.
And the winner is.....Tara!
Here's an inspiring new book
about one young lady's journey
with chronic pain.

March Web Contest

Okay peeps! How about a
contest to give a little help to a
struggling suspense author?
I've written books that take
place in remote Alaska, the
Arizona desert, the rugged
Washington Cascades and a
middle of nowhere Oregon
wilderness. I'm looking to start a
two book series that will be
linked but I'm stumped about
what the setting should be.
Tell
me where you think a good
setting for a suspense novel
would be and I'll enter you in
this month's contest to win a
Border's Gift Card (redeemable
online or in stores).
Winners
announced on March 31st.
Okay, so you're not twenty any more.
Maybe Boomer Lit is right for you.
Check out the article. Nice insight from
uber boomer Debbie Macomber.
